Accommodation Options

Enjoy luxury in one of the 20 on-site suites located on site at the beautiful Sojourn Lakeside Resort!  THIS OPTION IS SOLD OUT FOR THE 2025 VWR.

This is one of the most popular options.  Select this option on the Book Now page if you would like to Bring Your Own Tent or Camper to stay on-site.  Tent camp alongside 100 other guests and enjoy the outdoors.  There will be outdoor bathrooms and individuals showers to use on site.  Note there is no electrical hookup onsite for RVs/Campers.  Nights typically average 65-70 degrees.

Another popular option is to select the stay offsite selection and arrange your own hotel/air b and b that is close to the venue location.  There are multiple hotel options within 5 miles of the venue.  Here is a list below:
