Your ticket is all-inclusive, covering meals, workshops, classes, speakers, boat rides, and full access to all VWR activities. This option is for guests staying on-site. Choose the setup that fits you best: • Bring Your Own Tent and camp on-site • Bring Your RV and park in our designated RV area • Select a VWR Tent-Provided option with your tent and bedding set up before arrival All on-site campers enjoy the complete VWR experience while being fully immersed in nature.

🏠 Off-Site / Commuter Pass
For guests staying off-site at a nearby hotel, cabin, or Airbnb. Includes full retreat access, meals, and all activities on property each day. Each adult attending must purchase their own Stay Off-Site / Commuter Pass.

For a second adult sharing the same on-site room or tent as a primary ticket holder. If staying off-site, each adult must purchase their own Stay Off-Site (Commuter Pass). Includes full retreat access, meals, and programming. Does not include a separate room or tent.

🌲 On-Site Lodge Rooms
Your ticket is all-inclusive, covering meals, amenities, workshops, classes, speakers, and all VWR activities. Private on-site lodge rooms are extremely limited and nearly sold out. This lodging option will not reopen once fully booked. 👥 Bringing another adult? Add the $1,100 Additional Adult Add-On instead of purchasing a second room ticket. ✔ Cancel up to 90 days before the retreat for a refund (minus fees). ✔ Confirmation and digital tickets are delivered by email.

Kitchen Volunteer
Your ticket is all-inclusive, covering meals, classes, workshops, speakers, and all VWR activities. Join our kitchen team and help prepare vibrant, plant-powered meals! When you’re off your 4-hour shift, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire retreat. Includes an on-site camping spot (bring your own tent or stay off-site). After registering, you'll receive your confirmation, shift details, and your 2026 VWR tickets. 🌞🌿
