We host a small, curated vendor marketplace at each retreat — a chance for aligned, plant-based brands and makers to connect with 500+ engaged guests over five unforgettable days. Your table is up for the entire retreat, and you keep 100% of everything you sell.

How it works

There's no separate table fee. Approved vendors join the retreat as full guests — you purchase a general admission ticket and on-site accommodation (starting at approximately $1,500 with dorm accommodation), and your vendor table is included. You get the complete retreat experience and a place to share your work.

Who we're looking for

Our guests care deeply about plant-based living, wellness, and doing things the whole-food way. We keep the marketplace curated — no more than a couple of vendors per category — so every table gets real attention.

🌱 Food & beverage vendors — our standard is stricter

Because of how our retreats approach food, all food and beverage products must be 100% vegan, oil-free, and free of refined flours, refined sugars, and processed junk ingredients. Whole-food, real-ingredient only. You'll be asked to list full ingredients for each item so we can confirm fit before approval.
