Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets to our retreats — including those purchased on a monthly payment plan — are refundable up to 90 days before the retreat's start date, minus a $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee.

Cancellation deadlines

• Texas (March 18–22, 2027): cancel on or before December 18, 2026.
• Michigan (September 7–11, 2027): cancel on or before June 9, 2027.

Within 90 days of the retreat's start date, tickets are non-refundable.

How to request a cancellation

Email info@veganwellnessretreats.com or call/text (231) 409-0002. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, less the $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee.
