Vegan Wellness Retreats ("we," "us," or "our") operates veganwellnessretreats.com (the "Site") and organizes the VWR retreats. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, the cookies and third-party tools involved, and the choices you have.
When you register for a retreat, buy a ticket, room, or airport shuttle, sign up as an affiliate or volunteer, or contact us through a form, we collect the details you submit — for example your name, email address, phone number, mailing/billing address, guest details, apparel sizes, and the details of your order or message. Payment card details are entered directly on our payment processor's secure checkout (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.
