Itinerary for the 2025 Vegan Wellness Retreat 

Experience a holistic approach to wellness at Vegan Wellness Retreat. Our schedule is designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul, offering a transformative journey towards optimal health and well-being.

Sunday 8/10/25
 

3pm-5pm

Check in for guests. At check in guests will get an in-body scan, meet all of their speakers, shop merch, vendor products, and enjoy appetizers. 

4pm-5:30pm

Guest check into rooms, set up tents and relax before dinner.

6pm-7:30pm

Dinner ( Gourmet Pizza, Soup, Salad, and tropical fruit)

Dessert- Blueberry Tarts

8pm-9pm

Welcome ceremony

9:30-10:30 pm

Talk by Dr. Graham/  nervous system reset workshop with bradley/ breathwork with Jules/ wind down yoga with Sible

10 pm Start of quiet time on property please be considerate.  

Tuesday 8/12/25

7am-7:45 am yoga with Stacey 

8:00am-8:45am workout with Dr. Douglas Graham

8:30am-10am Breakfast

10:30-11:30am Talk by Nate and Lissa Maris/ Essential oils workshop with Erica/ Partner yoga with Boo and Jerrell

12-1:30pm Lunch

2-3pm Homeschool workshop/ forest meditation with Ellen/ workshop with Dr. Graham and Addis on how gaining muscle on a raw vegan diet works.

3:30-4:30 pm Interview with Matt and Dr. Doug Graham/Food demo with Nate and Lissa/ Sobriety workshop with Jeni

5-5:45pm Talk by Karen Ranzi/ Sound bowl meditation with bradley/ Food tasting with Daniel and Kevin 

6-7:30pm Dinner (Lasagna, "Spaghetti with meatballs, salad, tropical fruit)

Dessert-Carrots Cake

8-9pm Workshop with Jules on making nut milk and juice with the Nama j2 and M1/ Singles speed dating (singles night 8-10pm)

9:30-11pm Bonfire

10:30-11:30 am Talk by Dr. Josh- The dangers of acrylamide when heating food/ Art workshop with boo/ Facial fitness with Inna/ Food demo with Nate and Lissa.

12-1:30pm Lunch

2pm-3pm Talk by Karen Ranzi on raising healthy raw children/ Sound bowl meditation/ Fruitarian athletes workshop with ultramarathon runner Grant Campbell, Andrew Snow and  Dmitry 

3:30-4:30pm Talk by Jeannette (aka Ms Fit Vegan)- Food addiction/ Spinal flow workshop/ 5 star salad workshop with Matt.

5pm-5:45pm Talk by Mike and Denise Young,  Food demo with Daniel and Shari

6-7:30pm Dinner (Loaded burgers, cauliflower wings, salad, tropical fruit)

Dessert- Brownies 

8-9pm Talk  by Ellen/ Grove class with Lexi/ Deadlift Competition

(Men's and Women's Division with prizes)

9:30-11pm Bonfire

10 pm Start of quiet time on property please be considerate.

Wednesday 8/13/25 

7am-7:45 am Sunrise Yoga with Stacey 

8:00am-8:45am Workout with Dr. Douglas Graham

8:30am-10am Breakfast

10:30-11:30am Art workshop with Boo/ Talk by Dr. Graham/Food tasting with Daniel and Kevin

12-1:30 pm Lunch

2-5:30 pm Spa time (15 min chair massages, 10 min spinal flow, 10 min foot massages, 10 min hand massages, non toxic vegan manicures, fruit facials and more) and Beach time (swim, kayak, paddle board, canoe and take a boat ride please note  these are all first come first serve.)

4:30-5:30pm Talk by Dr. Josh on The established link between Alzheimer's, cancer, processed foods & animal products/ Workshop on the effects of conventional skin and cleaning products by Erica and Stacey 

6-7:30pm Dinner- Loaded tacos, salad, tropical fruit

8-9:30pm Talent show/ Breathwork with Jules

9:30-11pm Bonfire

6:30-8 am Pbs kids show, puzzles, playdough, coloring and snack

8:30 am Breakfast - smoothies, fruit and banana chips from the dehydrator 

9:15am story and music time

10am group activity 

10:45am craft 

12pm lunch- nicecream, nut butter with fruit

12:45 Beach time 

2pm Shower off in swim suits at the pool

2:30 pm snack time- Dates, fresh juice

3pm craft 

3:45 pm group activity

4:30 snack- homemade fruit popsicles outside and then  

outside free play ( balls, bubbles, water table , hula hoops ect) 

6pm Dinner- salad with dressing, fruit, and date rolls or date balls

7pm story and music time 

7:45pm group activity 

8:30 pm snack time- smoothies 

9pm-10:30pm Jammies on and Pbs kids show, puzzles, playdough, and coloring.
